I’m a teacher, strategist, and future-thinker with over a decade of experience working alongside young people. I hold a master's degree in change and organisational resilience, and I’ve led both classroom learning and large-scale education projects.
Alongside my teaching, I’ve been deeply involved in youth development through my charity, Youth NZ, helping young people discover their voice, build leadership skills, and step into their futures with confidence.
I started Good.Ed because I believe the education system doesn’t yet teach everything young people will need to lead empowered futures. The future is asking for more - adaptability, imagination, courage, and purpose. That’s why Good.Ed exists: to create learning experiences that prepare young people not only to succeed, but to actively shape a world of change and complexity. This isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about cultivating agency - helping young people see themselves as participants, not bystanders, in what comes next.
At Good.Ed, we focus on readiness, relevance, and resilience - but also on the deeper mindset shifts that build hope, critical courage, and the confidence to act when the path ahead isn’t clear.
Good.Ed is here to empower good futures - equipping every learner, every family, and every community to engage with an unfolding future and play a role in shaping it.
